## What is Volksbank ID?

Die Volksbank ID-App ist das zentrale Freigabeverfahren für Login und Zeichnung gemäß PSD2 (verpflichtend ab 14.09.2019).

Mit der Volksbank ID können Sie sich im Internetbanking anmelden (Login) und Ihre Aufträge freigeben (zeichnen). Die App ist rasch aktivierbar (kein Wechsel ins Banking notwendig) und einfach zu bedienen. 

Laden Sie die Volksbank ID-App aus dem Store und aktivieren Sie das neue Login- und Zeichnungsverfahren durch eine TAN-Eingabe. Sobald eine neue Anforderung in der App bereitsteht, erhalten Sie eine Push-Mitteilung. In der App sehen Sie Ihre Freigabe- bzw. Logindaten nochmals zur Kontrolle und durch Anklicken der im Banking angezeigten Kontrollzahl geben Sie Überweisungen und Aufträge einfach und sicher frei.

Die Volksbank ID-App unterstützt die „Komfort-Anmeldung“ mittels Quick-ID (4-stelliger Nummerncode), sowie Touch-ID (Fingerprint) und Face-ID (Gesichtserkennung).

Vorteile der Volksbank ID:
• Kostenlos verfügbar in den App-Stores – keine Nutzungsgebühr
• Komfortable Anmeldung mit Quick-ID sowie auch Touch- bzw. Face-ID 
• Besonders sichere Technologie durch Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung (PSD2)
• Aktivierung kann direkt in der App vorgenommen werden – kein Wechsel ins Banking notwendig

Schrecklich, wenn man es am Dringensten benötigt, geht es nicht. Hassenswert, gerade weil man darauf angewiesen ist

Hapert immer wieder mal, besonders, wenn man sie braucht. Man wurde mit dieser App zwangsbeglückt. Ander Banken können das auch ohne.
Zum Beispiel zickt diese App öfters im Zusammenhang mit einer Bankingsoftware, wie Outbank. Mit Starnoney geht es überhaupt nicht.
