Volleyball TactiX 3D is an interactive 3D simulation for your volleyball team’s tactics. With Volleyball TactiX 3D you can easily design and improve tactics for individual players and for your whole team. After creating a new tactic, you can add the names of your players and specify their roles (Middle Blocker, Setter, Libero, Opposite, Wing Spiker). Each tactic consists of the six rotations. For each of the six rotations, you can add four different kinds of formations (Attack Formation, Defensive Formation, Reception Formation, Service Formation). 1. Add Attack Formations to plan your offense: - Create attacks for players and choose a setter for each attack - Adjust the location and the height of sets - Adjust the target location of spiked balls 2. Add Defensive Formations to plan your defense: - Add blocks for front row players - Adjust the shadows of blocks to visualize which areas of the court are the blocker’s responsibility - Add digs for players - Adjust the location of the ball a player has to dig, to visualize the responsibilities of each defender 3. Keep working on it! *2015-03-11* I love this app. It’s pretty and has tons of potential. With some patience, I was able to create the formations and set ups that I wanted. A few key features are missing though: - Stock content. It should come with standard rotational and perimeter defenses pre-loaded. I imagine that everyone is struggling to enter pretty much the same data. - Ability to add subs. I want to figure out the ideal set up for my 9 person team.
