Tried to register and then login and app doesn't recognize me! And the information provided is of no use and there is way to get back to check registration and you never receive a confirmation email of your registration.  I have been a long time customer and receive the magazine - so disapponted!

I am subscribed to the magazine and the app will not let me register. It keeps thinking and thinking...I deleted and downloaded again and had the same result. I tried what the other person said about using your info on the actually magazine and it still did not work. Pretty disappointing...

When you open the app it continues to "think" and never loads.  Deleted and downloaded it again, still won't work.

I have been subscribed to this magazine for a While now and just decided to try it out on the iPad. At first it wasn't working and I couldn't figure out how to set it up with my current account. But all you need to do (if you already are subscribed) is look at your magazine and above the mailing address on the lower left hand corner,upside down is you user and password. When you sign in use your user that it has on the magazine cover not your email like it says! (that's what I was confused about) From there it works fine and you get special videos,too. Once the magazine is fully downloaded no need for wifi when reading. You'll enjoy this magazine if you love volleyball!
