### 1/5 — AI slop.

*2026-07-13*

Laggy and without any soul. AI slop for taking money from users.

### 5/5 — Great Customization

*2026-05-12*

Love the theme variety as someone who is aesthetically motivated by the app choices available. I really enjoy the simplicity of how everything is mapped and the overall navigation is pretty intuitive. I tried heVy previously but honestly preferred this interface and customization aspect over that. Comes with a lot of the same perks and I like that there's a permanent option should I decide I want full dedication to the app vs only subscription. Great job devs please continue to improve this app and I hope it takes off against the competitors!

**Developer response:** Thanks so much Mao, means a lot to me! I won't dissappoint, and will keep improving the app!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2026-02-24*

hitting prs like crazy since i started using this app

### 4/5 — Getting better!

*2026-02-11*

Wonderful app! Still missing some key features that other basic apps have such as live activities that work on lockscreen to see remaining rest time

**Developer response:** Thanks for the great feedback! I added the live activities for you. Are you missing anything else?

### 4/5 — Promising

*2026-02-03*

I love the simplicity and layout of the app, I like all the different themes as well. I have been following one of the pre made programs and overall the functionality is there. Prior to the most recent update, the app was slow and would freeze during a workout. This improved with the latest update but not completely. I still have to wait roughly 5 seconds until I can log a set. Also, the plate calculator isn’t working, or at least I have not been able to figure it out. I’m still testing out the app, so my rating is subject to change. I like the app and after everything is smoothed out it could be one of my favorites. Thanks for the free lifetime sub.

**Developer response:** Amazing, glad you like it. Because of your comment I took another long and hard look at what might have been going wrong, and I think I found it. I also made the plate calculator work with imperial units correctly. I am hoping these fixes will release in the next coming week! Thank you for the valuable feedback, and for being one of the founding users.

### 5/5 — Absolutely awesome

*2026-02-02*

No overuse of AI, lets you make proper custom plans easily. Only thing missing is an iPad version.

**Developer response:** Thank you! An iPad version is definitely something I'm looking into.

### 5/5 — Heading the right direction!

*2026-02-02*

This app has been great so far! I love its simple design, with no intrusive ads, but don’t let the simple design fool you, it is packed with great features!

Some minor issues I did encounter:
1) I can’t figure out how to reorder exercises in a template that I have built
2) The A.I. feature for importing templates can be a little buggy, often failing, without giving any reasons why

**Developer response:** Thank you for the positive review! It's great to hear you appreciate the simplicity and the features behind it. You should be able to reorder exercises with a long tap on the group. The AI can occasionally suggest exercises that aren't available in the app yet. Thank you for flagging this, it will be addressed in the next update!

### 5/5 — fire

### 1.2.1 — 2026-07-10

Added:
  • Comments on workouts. Say something about a friend's session, reply to comments, and see comment counts
  right on the feed.
  • Mention friends with @handles. Everyone has a handle now, tap one to open their profile, and get
  notified when someone tags you.
  • Activity feed. The bell on your home screen collects new likes, comments, replies, and followers in one
  place.
  • Follow requests. Followers-only accounts now approve who follows them, straight from the activity feed.
  • New Discover feed! Switch your home feed to Discover to see workouts from people you don't follow yet.
It's a fun way to find new people.
  • New Add Friends screen! Search for people by name, show a QR code they can scan at the gym, or share
  your invite link.
  • You can now see your friends' personal records. Little trophies and record counts show up on their feed
  cards and workout pages.
  • Profiles now show the program someone is following and a graph of their volume, workouts, and time.
  • You can now compare yourself with another person. See your workouts, time, volume, and your best lifts
  on exercises you both do.
  • Block and report. Block anyone from their profile or workout card, and report comments or accounts.
Manage blocked users in Settings → Blocked users.
  • New Gyms & Equipment! Set up each gym with its real bars, plates, dumbbells, and machines. Now your
weights and plate calculator match what you can really load.
  • The workout keyboard is smarter. The +/- buttons step through your real dumbbells and machine pins.
There's also an RPE strip and a live plate preview you can tap.
  • Exercises now have loading options: bodyweight, assisted, per hand, and unilateral. Your volume and
records finally count what you actually lifted.
  • Training without a program? A Suggested workouts row lets you jump into any workout. Tap View all to
  see them all.
  • Change your app icon. Every theme has a matching icon, pick yours in Settings → App icon.
  • Favorite themes. Star the ones you love and they pin to the top of the picker.
  • Sync weight, body fat, and completed workouts with Health Connect. Connect it in Settings →
  Integrations.

  Improved:
  • Your records load a lot faster now, even if you have been training for a long time.
  • Adding a note to an exercise is easier. Tap Note to pick a note, then edit it right there. Leave it
  empty and it goes away.
  • Changing which fields you track is faster. The Fields button opens the picker right away. Tap Done when
  you're finished.
  • You can now switch which program runs your home screen right from the top. Pick any program, or pick
  none to train free.
  • Drag to reorder your programs. You can also drag workouts around to plan your week.
  • The muscle breakdown now has a bigger body map and a picture for each muscle. Tap a muscle to see which
exercises worked it and how many sets.
  • You can now edit a finished workout right on the page. Change the name, the note, the date, the time,
  and the photo.
  • The left and right set types are gone. Mark the exercise as unilateral instead and the loading options
  take care of it.
  • You can now search inside your followers and following lists, and see who liked a workout right on its
  card.
  • Likes, followers, following, and search results now show handles under names.
  • Tap a workout photo or profile picture to view it full screen with pinch to zoom.
  • The theme picker has search now. 190 themes, zero scrolling.
  • Empty screens got a redesign. Clearer titles and a real button for the next step instead of a gray box.
  • Switching units in settings is now a single tap. No more picker sheets.
  • Keep Screen On now only works during a workout, not everywhere in the app.
  • Program and workout cards now show the title over the cover picture. It looks nicer and is easier to
  read.

### 1.1.4 — 2026-06-19

Added:
• Connect Strava in Settings → Integrations to automatically post finished workouts with sets, reps, and weight. They show up on Strava with a muscle map.
• Import your workout history from Stronglifts.

Improved:
• Logging a set is snappier in long workouts. Completing a set no longer re-renders every other set on the screen.
• On programs that prescribe reps but no weight, the weight you enter on one set now carries down to the rest instead of showing 0.
• The plate & warmup calculator is now free for everyone.

Fixed:
• Rest timer no longer lags or fires late after the app has been in the background, and the buzz and sound now go off together.
• Rest timer no longer rings at the start of the next set when you log sets back to back.
• Un-checking a set now moves the next-up set on the lock screen back to it.

### 1.1.3 — 2026-06-16

Added:
• AI Body Scan. Snap a physique photo and get a vanity score, and a body fat estimate. Scans save to your progress photos. Find it on the Body Log page.

Fixed:
• Apple Health weight and body fat now sync correctly. Measurements deleted in Apple Health are removed from Volm, and multiple readings on the same day collapse to the latest one.
• Rest timer now sounds reliably in the background, when locked, and on silent.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-06-12

Added:
• Rest timer notification sounds. Pick a boxing bell, gym whistle, or clean bell in the rest timer settings, with a preview when you select one.
• Link the same exercise across workouts in a program. Change its sets, targets, or notes in one workout and every linked copy updates to match.
• Workout settings: choose whether exercises default to showing their target values or what you did previously. You can still toggle per exercise during a workout.
• Workout settings: choose whether the keyboard backspace jumps to the previous field when the current one is empty, and whether previous values come from the last time you did the same routine.

Improved:
• Crisper set completion sounds, plus a new default Thock that builds to a satisfying chime as the completion bar fills.
• Workout sounds now play even with your phone on silent, so you never miss them at the gym. Prefer no sound? Set it to None in workout settings.
• Set hints now fall back to your previous workout when a set has no target value.

Fixed:
• Jacked & Tan 2.0 now keeps T3 accessory work in the week 6 test, and the Block 2 T2b/T2c rep-max ladder runs 12/10/8 to match the original program.
• Completed sets no longer show a rep range. Filling a set from its target now logs the actual reps you did instead of the prescribed range.
• Opening the detail page for a custom exercise no longer crashes, and exercises without an image now show a clean placeholder.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-06-06

Added:
• Exercise leaderboards rank you and the friends you follow by your top result, heaviest weight for weighted lifts or most reps for bodyweight moves. Find them on the new Leaderboard tab of any exercise, and invite friends to compete.
• New Profile tab gathers your programs, exercises, Body Log, and calendar in one place, with your full workout history below.
• Compare progress photos side by side. Pick two dates for a before and after, with your weight on each.
• New dashboard widgets: Consistency (streak and training-day heatmap), Top Exercises, Recent PRs, and Muscle Split (a radar across muscle groups).
• Browse your stats by week, month, or quarter and step back through earlier periods. Graphs also gained 1M, 3M, Year, and All-time ranges. The last 3 months are free; Volm+ unlocks full year and all-time history.
• Stopwatch: switch the header timer to a stopwatch.
• Per-set rest timers: give individual sets (like drop or failure sets) their own rest, set from the exercise rest timer.
• Set default rest separately for warm-up and normal sets, per exercise or app-wide in Settings.

Improved:
• Reorganized the exercise screen: the progress graph and strength level now sit on the About tab, while the Records tab focuses on personal records, set records (your heaviest weight at each rep count), and lifetime stats. A dedicated Personal Records page lists your best lifts by type with the date you hit them.
• Measurements and progress photos now live together under Body Log. Log your weight, body measurements, and photos for any date from a single screen, and nothing saves until you tap Save.
• Measurement charts are now free for everyone.
• Redesigned the Volm+ upgrade screen.
• Refreshed your public profile with your avatar and stats side by side.
• The rest timer now counts down in the workout header instead of a bar at the bottom. Tap it for a circular timer with skip and ±10s controls.
• Redesigned the workout and program headers with a clean stat row (sets, time, volume, records) and a muscle chart you can tap. The chart now shows on every program and workout, not just while editing. Tap it to swipe between the muscle map and a spider chart, and toggle between sets and % of total.
• Programs without a set session length now show an estimated duration.

Fixed:
• Completed workouts no longer show the “+” target marker on failure sets.
• Set targets without a weight now read as “5 reps” instead of “0 kg x 5”.
• Progression amounts now default to 5 lb for pounds users instead of a converted 2.5 kg, and the script editor shows your unit.
