Добрый день. Что делать, если приложение не пускает без подписки? Когда попытался оплатить подписку, вылезает ошибка о том, что подписка не может быть завершена. Подскажите пожалуйста, что делать?

Horrible off the bat, free to download sure but I open and BAM asking for a subscription? Even worse you can’t say no or at least I can’t say no to it. Very useless and bad app would not recommend to ANYONE

The catch was that I could get a 3 day free trial without a charge to my account, instead it was fake advertising. It charged me $80 for a full year, and I would like a refund. What a joke of an app and company, please give me my money back, I’m not using this app after getting scammed.

App doesn’t adjust your pitch at all and leaves your notes sounding so off it’s crazy. Unfortunately I forgot I had did the three day trial and then was charged almost $60USD.  How the hell would this even be worth that if you can’t even tune your voice to sound the right pitch. No key changes for the auto tune? That’s insane, I wish I could get a refund as I didn’t even intend on buying this and on top even if I did want to buy it, it’s literally useless. Please do better!!! Like literally right now go adjust your app to where we adjust the keys and pitch so when we record, the notes aren’t so off from what I’m actually singing.

Пользовалась целый год, всё нравилось. Захожу сегодня и вижу окно с рекламой оформления подписки на весь экран, которое ни как не заканчивается. Из-за этого окна не могу ни новые треки записать, ни старые хотя бы выгрузить, а подписка 800₽ В НЕДЕЛЮ! Что делать теперь?

The app isn’t even good the “auto tune” is not even auto tune it’s reverb my little cousin bought it without my consent and they won’t even give me a refund for their one year plan for $90 or whatever it is this app genuinely sucks and so do the people behind it don’t get it

Total waste of money, even tried to make use of it I wouldn’t pay a dollar to use this. I wouldn’t even take the time to press download on it if I had know what a waste of money and just scammy company

I am giving this app one star only because I was only able to rate it off of what I was able to access in the app. When you open the app after you set up your voice, it makes you choose a payment selection. and since I’m not allowed to spend any money, this was a complete waste of time. I’m sure there was a lot more to discover on the app after you make the payment that would’ve been much more useful, but sadly, I was not allowed to pay in order to get there. My one suggestion for the app developer is that they should clearly state in the app description that you have to pay before you can use the app.

I love this app which is why i wanted to reach out for a solution, since updating to iOS 26, Volmix crashes immediately when I open it. I tried reinstalling and restarting my phone but it won’t work. If there’s anything that can be done would greatly appreciate it!! Thank You!!
