## What is Volo Real Estate?

Volo is the first-of-its-kind real estate search platform that focuses on garnering attention by featuring original content in video format. 

By combining allure of real estate entertainment with the utility of national MLS search, Volo creates a unique experience for anyone in the market for a new home. 

Volo has expanded the home search experience well beyond traditional listing platforms by incorporating critical decision factors in the buying process such as lifestyle and community.

By empowering Real Estate professionals to become the digital mayor of their marketplace, Volo has created a platform for agents not only to become known locally, but also capable of garnering national reach and attention.

Volo was founded upon three core principles: 
1. Video Sells Homes Better Than Pictures. Volo's Social Marketplace is a platform, fueled by a content-creating network of agents around the country, which enables homebuyers a better search experience through video, and home sellers the opportunity of additional exposure. By consolidating videos from around the country and geo-tagging them, Volo has created a unique search experience through the use of video. 

2. Home Search Should Include Community & Lifestyle. We believe that the home search is only a fraction of a buyer's decision to purchase. Once a buyer narrows down on a home or area, they're naturally interested in learning more about their surroundings. To do so currently, they must do their own research across multiple apps or websites. Volo changes this by including lifestyle and community with home search.

3. Conversations Are The New Communication Currency. Technology has created the the demand for instant gratification. However, on most platforms homebuyers must complete a cumbersome process that starts with entering their information on a cold form, and then connecting with an agent at a later time or date via phone. Volo bridges this gap by providing direct in-app conversations on-demand.  

Creating content can be hard for professionals, but creates a platform for verified professionals to create content with ease, which ultimately benefits all users in their area. All industry leader's agree, if you are not paving the way as the "Digital Mayor" of your market, you will be out-flanked by someone else who is. However, knowing what we "need" to do, and actually do are to different things; the fact of the matter is creating content is hard work and takes a massive amount of resources and time. Volo has built a platform with this in mind, making it so simple for you, and taking out the "heavy lifting" that usually accompanies content creation. 

To upload content to the Volo Platform, first we must verify that you're a licensed Real Estate Professional. To do so, we leverage our proprietary Volo MLS Connect software which is connected to MLS's across the United States. Upon entering your professional credentials, we'll connect with your local MLS to verify who you say you are. Once approved, you'll gain instant access to upload content on the Volo Platform.

This app has changed the way I search for real estate. Not only does it show me all the homes in the area but it also shows me the lifestyle. I love seeing where I can eat, hangout, and shop. New favorite app!!

As a licensed real estate agent and with the constant changes taking place in this industry, the way people search for homes is now changing. Buyers are buying sight unseen in the state of the current market, and prior to VOLO, there were constant challenges and always proposed questions about the area that as an agent, I have to do my best to satisfy all of those interests and concerns. Now, clients and prospective buyers search through this platform and they are getting an idea of the area, the restaurants, activities, shopping and retail experiences... you name it! 

This changes the game for searching for real estate while also getting the opportunity to interact with the community and showcase our cities finest details. I love how easy it is to utilize and I love how fun it makes the searching process as well! Great asset to the ever changing industry of real estate and a great way to search for your new home!

This application brings it all together for me so I don’t have to search on multiple sites when browsing and searching for real estate...

I utilize multiple portal applications for different things such as real estate search, YouTube for video, Pinterest, finding out what my home is worth, dreaming about a different lifestyle upgrades that I might be making to my own home, and of course the best part of life,  of community and those things around my home. I really like the video components, it tells a story and keeps me engaged.. It was easy for me to get a hold of an experienced real estate agent..
