A buggy mess.

I find my self spending more time trying to prove who I am with 2FA, resetting passwords and copy and pasting password from my note pad and updating this app than actually using it to submit work receipts.

It doesn’t work with my apple password chain.

It regularly locks me out. 

It’s just terrible.

I’m sorry guys, but you can do better.

Constant upgrades required, App very slow, glitchy with drop outs. This is the worst for business when you are time poor

Forced to upgrade from previous app. 24 emails and multiple password resets required to get any sort of login working. Horrible smartphone resolution and presentation. Extremely badly implemented “upgrade” experience. Complete fail from this user’s perspective. Thanks for wasting hours of my life I will never get back. Only using this app at all because my employer requires it. Will never use this company again if given a choice.
