Вече не можеш да добавяш имена и контакти на пътниците, които ще пътуват в случай че искаш да поръчаш за някого. 2. Не можеш да оставяш бележки на шофьорите 3. Липсват всички функционалности, които имаше преди, като това дали да има музика, дали искаш/не искаш да говориш с шофьора и т.н. 4. По някога приложението дава, че колата е до примерно 5 минути при теб, а шофьорът е много по-далеч и са действително минимум 15. 5. При оценка на пътуване, вече можеш да слягаш само звезди, без бележки. Overall, услугата е окей, когато работи, но като всичко в БГ е непостоянна и върви в лош тренд. Шофьорите вече са hit or miss, тъй като наеха много нови кадри и quality control-a изостана. I dont want to be the guy that books a ride and then ghosts but when the app is saying 28min and i cannot cancel am i supposed to just wait? Edit: you can cancel a ride but its is not made obvious through the booking ui.
