Вече не можеш да добавяш имена и контакти на пътниците, които ще пътуват в случай че искаш да поръчаш за някого. 2. Не можеш да оставяш бележки на шофьорите 3. Липсват всички функционалности, които имаше преди, като това дали да има музика, дали искаш/не искаш да говориш с шофьора и т.н. 4. По някога приложението дава, че колата е до примерно 5 минути при теб, а шофьорът е много по-далеч и са действително минимум 15. 5. При оценка на пътуване, вече можеш да слягаш само звезди, без бележки. Overall, услугата е окей, когато работи, но като всичко в БГ е непостоянна и върви в лош тренд. Шофьорите вече са hit or miss, тъй като наеха много нови кадри и quality control-a изостана. Много пъти ми се случва вече шофьорът да си цъка на тел докато кара и да не гледа къде отива, което е неприятно. ### 4/5 — Fine app *2026-07-19, version 55.18.0* Dont like the fact you cannot cancel looking/searching for a driver. I dont want to be the guy that books a ride and then ghosts but when the app is saying 28min and i cannot cancel am i supposed to just wait? Edit: you can cancel a ride but its is not made obvious through the booking ui. I’m not even sure where to start. It completely lacks compared to the good old interface and doesn’t have some basic options like entering the details of another passenger (I sometimes need to get a ride for family/friends) It just feel super rushed and almost as if some AI designed it with how buggy it is and feature poor. Not to mention that the new app managed to even lose the premium feel, now looking more like a yellow taxi or TaxiMe than something premium that sets the bar high. 2 stars since the quality of the service for now remains good, rarely had any issues in the 2 years the company has existed and over 100 rides ### 5/5 — Drive on Zack back home to *2026-05-02, version 55.16.3* 2nd time with Fasil - great kind professional man and driver👌 ### 4/5 — App problems *2026-05-02, version 55.16.3* I’ve been using Volt Taxi for a while now and overall I’m very happy with the service – the cars are clean, drivers are professional, and the overall experience is great. However, after the latest app update, there are some noticeable issues. When entering an address, it often shows the wrong location, which makes the booking unreliable. The overall booking flow has also become more confusing and less intuitive compared to before. Some useful features also seem to be missing now – there’s no dedicated tab for loyal customers or their cards, and no tab for corporate users either. I also can’t find the option to order a ride for someone else by adding their details, as well as the option to pay via POS terminal. I hope these issues get addressed, because the service itself is very good, but the app currently creates unnecessary friction. ### 3/5 — Credit card options *2026-05-01, version 55.16.3* I was unable to select by card without entering my card details. I’m in “security” business and I don’t want to enter my credit card details in the app and to save it as well. Most of the drivers speak English. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — “Scheduled ride” that never arrives on schedule *2026-06-11, version 55.17.1* For the third (and last) time I order Volt. The drivers and cars are otherwise wonderful. The first time the driver came 15 minutes late, the second and third times 20. In addition to the obvious advantages of Volt over other companies, the leading one for me is the option to order a car for an exact time. Since this condition was not met even once, in my case the service becomes meaningless. It strikes me that the car search starts 15 minutes before the requested travel time. This is clearly not enough. The first time the requested travel time was around 15:15, the second and third times - 17:10. The user is practically misled into thinking that a service for ordering with an exact time is offered, but in practice such does not exist. With the same success I could have ordered a car at the moment and still waited for it for 15-20 minutes. It is well known when rush hour begins and the service should be tailored to that, but unfortunately it is not. Great idea, but unfortunately very poor execution. ### 1/5 — Not a real service. *2026-05-25, version 55.17.0* Booked 5 times. Got a ride 0 times. Unprofessional behaviour - they cancel booked 2 days in advance rides with baby seat last minute because a longer route was booked. ### 1/5 — Review of the app *2026-05-15, version 55.16.5* The new update it’s completely unnecessary, the new design is not intuitive. It displays wrong addresses, wrong drive vehicles, cannot apply promo codes. Most valuable insight to fix is that I cannot saw my old rides, they should be based on profile not to clear when update the app. I ordered a van and it stated a normal car will arrive - which is wrong data. Overall the app is AI generated and not tested properly - the service is the best taxi service for sure but the UI may lose customers if continue that way.
