## What is Volt Tickets?

Volt Scanner is the mobile companion to VOLT on volttickets.com — for ticket buyers and event organizers.

FOR TICKET BUYERS
• Browse published events and view tiers and prices
• Buy general admission tickets on the VOLT website (secure checkout in Safari)
• Sign in with the same email you used at checkout
• My Tickets — view purchased tickets and reveal entry QR codes
• Wallet works offline after your tickets sync
• Reserved seating events open the seat map on the website

FOR ORGANIZERS & DOOR STAFF
• Sign in with your organizer account
• Scan ticket QR codes at the door with your iPhone camera
• Offline scanning. download an event manifest and validate entry without connectivity
• Scan history with buyer details, filterable by event
• Manage GA events. create and edit events, upload images, view sales and orders
• Issue offline GA tickets, mark paid, and share PDFs

ACCOUNT & PRIVACY
• Email magic link or password sign-in (same account as volttickets.com)
• Camera is used only to scan ticket QR codes — no video is recorded or uploaded
• Photo library access is used only when organizers upload event images
• Privacy policy and account deletion available in the app

Volt Scanner requires a VOLT account. Ticket purchase happens on volttickets.com; the app is your ticket wallet and door-scanning tool.
