Choose the apps that waste your time. Focus blocks them during your sessions — even in Focus Rooms. And if something goes wrong, an emergency unblock button is always available.

Your focus timer appears right on your Lock Screen, so you can check your progress without unlocking your phone.

VOICE CALL
