This is genius, a layer of data that I have not seen before. 

Only downside is it’s Apple Music only which is fine for me but some of my friends can’t use it.

Playlists can sometimes not be the best but the core product is great!

I was an early beta tester for Volta and have been using the Match My Vibe feature for almost a month now. At first, I found some of the song choices a little unusual and not necessarily what I would have picked myself, but after using it for a while, the logic really started to click.

The way Volta picks songs based on your cadence is actually pretty amazing. When the rhythm matches your running tempo, it does something to your brain where you naturally lock into a rhythm and just keep going. I’ve found it especially fun on longer runs when I want to switch things up from my usual playlists.

There are still a few glitches here and there, but the dev team is super responsive and has addressed every concern I’ve raised within a day or two, which is really impressive for a beta product.

I’d definitely recommend Volta to anyone who wants to switch things up on their long runs and try something genuinely new.

I've used lots of running apps but with this one I just love the design and the idea behind it.  The work and thought put behind the app can easily bee seen. Keep it going and looking forward to the updates
