I am unable to connect to my AC through the application. I have tried multiple times, but it is still not working. It seems like there might be an issue with the application.

Energy consumption is not so accurate. This is the only feature I buyed this ac . But  whenever it is being operated by remote without phone app opened the energy consumption does not sync even after the phone has been connected.  That particular day home wifi was not working but ac was used full day the ac should have a log within itself which should be synced when phone is connected next time . But it shows 0 zero energy consumption that day. But was used 6-7 hours.so the feature of energy consumption becomes useless when it is already not storing any values in itself . You have to keep app always opened for values to be synced?
