The error message “Network Error” comes up. We have tried creating several accounts on several iOS devices. ### 1/5 — DO NOT BIND WITH YOUR SCOOTER! *2025-10-02* I binder this app with my scooter. I decided I no longer wanted it connected to my phone. I went through the process of unbinding it . It deleted my account information and stated that it would also unbind my scooter. Once the process was completed the process, the scooter locked up on the “P” position. I cannot get back in to unlock it because, it says that my account does not exist. The app did not delete the data on my scooter and I have not figured how to get my scooter unlocked. ### 1/5 — Do not get this app! *2025-10-01* So in the app it is so annoying since it always says “No connection” even though the wifi is perfectly fine which is stupid since you need to login for basically everything. ### 1/5 — Bug *2025-09-30, version 1.1.1* Problème non stop ! reconnections à chaque action pour me signaler que le compte et bien à mon . Yet, when trying to bind again it will say the scooters are bound already and won’t let us move forward. The app needs major redo/update. Because it doesn’t work for what is intended.* :::My husband bought two EcoRoad ec9 scooters and we’ve been trying to bind them to the app and I was successful and my husband wasn’t. Now he tries to bind his and it says I am bound to his scooter. When I never even tried. So for mine, it says he is bound to mine. When he never tried either.
