All banks are closed tomorrow and I will be charged from a place I no longer have because I can’t freeze card or talk to anyone ### 2/5 — Horrible app *2025-04-01* This app is horrible. I have to restart the process from scratch ALOT. Now I can’t even log into the app. Of course the banks are closed so I have no one to report this to. The app definitely needs improvements. I’ve considered changing banks just because of this app. Since the latest update the Face ID has stopped working. Also your password periodically expires, but you wouldn’t know it cause the app just tells you that your credentials are wrong, leaving you to feel crazy. I had to make a trip to the bank and ask them about it and the my told me I just needed to change my password. The app doesn’t inform you if this or offer you the option to do it there.
