I keep getting errors that prevent me from making new activity’s. It works, once you log in…just that logging in requires a username/password combo. Given the proliferation of platforms and programs that require this type of authentication, it becomes quite cumbersome, even with a password manager. Please update the app to use biometrics. It would be even better if the app provided more admin functionality. ### 4/5 — Revolving Door *2024-05-09* TrackitForward would get 5 stars if we could archive inactive volunteers, thereby removing volunteers and adding fresh ones. We work with young people who are in our dormitories for about a year who volunteer with us. We need to keep their records long after they depart since they are still in the area. I use it to log my volunteer hours, but have been unable to use it for those I manage. I love the layout and the ease with which I can enter my hours. Needs to add biometric access. ### 2/5 — New way of tracking hours. *2023-09-11, version 3.3.01* I dislike the use of the “number of hours” to replace the previous time tracking system, which let you put the specific time you arrive and the specific time you left. I volunteer for 2 hours and 45 minutes, but that’s not an option. It’s either 2.5 hours or 3 hours. This seems to be a downgrade.. ### 5/5 — Perfect for Volunteers Management on the go *2022-10-17* I’m not sure why this app has such low reviews. This is the first volunteer manager software that I’ve used with an app! And, I think that’s an amazing perk. Unable to copy and paste. *2023-01-20* My volunteer group recently posted an event with a zoom link. I was unable to connect to the zoom via the posted link, and could not copy and paste the link either. I was using updated app, iPad Pro, iPhone 13, all failed to connect via the zoom link. Finally I went to track it forward web site and was able to use the link to connect to zoom presentation.
