They are trying to wrongly charge me several hundred dollars for damages on the car that was caused by previous riders - tried to escalate the issue to someone senior but was just stonewalled and pressed to pay a ridiculous sum that isn't even correct. However, it turns out this is not really a “car sharing” app at all, it’s just a normal rental car booked via an app. You have to pre-book a start and end time, removing any spontaneity of taking a car. You can’t even see if you can extend the car until your booking starts. Surely this is the absolute basics of a car sharing app? Hugely disappointing. **Developer response:** Hello!
