I have to do it one by one. It took forever to load the calendar. ### 1/5 — Unable to reset password !! *2026-02-28, version 4.0.5* I am not able to reset my password and all I want to do is volunteer 😔 ### 1/5 — Terrible app I can’t even sign in *2026-01-06* The place where I volunteer at uses this app for you to sign up to volunteer. And I wish they didn’t. Because this app I can’t even login and then every single time I opened the app and asked me to login. The Google authentication just takes me to VOMO’s website. Can you guys please fix this? ### 1/5 — It’s so bad *2025-12-14* It’s crazy that it’s been 2 years and they still haven’t fixed their interface. It’s very difficult to do anything on this app: find your organization, find opportunities, find points of contact; and it’s impossible to do other things, like track what you signed up for, switch dates/shifts, cancel, etc. it’s basically literally unusable. Had to delete. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2025-10-13* When I try to open the app it says it needs to update and will not allow me to use the current version. The App Store doesn’t show any updates. I deleted and reinstalled and get the “Update” message again. Also does not sync to iOS calendar. ### 1/5 — App is not functional *2023-05-20* Can not log in thru the app. Lots of features can’t get accessed because the app is less than usable. Tried to link my LinkedIn account and the app just keeps me stuck on the web portal login and won’t let me use the actual app ### 3/5 — User Experience has a lot of room for improvement *2023-01-19* - The feature to download to your calendar doesn’t work for iOS. - There is no way to see all of the things you have signed up for in a single place. - There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the organization via the app or the web site. What’s the point in sending my a link to reset it if the link doesn’t actually got to a reset page? Also, you can’t reset it if you don’t know your current password which is frustrating.
