A lot of people think the store is expensive, but in fact, it’s really no more expensive than Macy’s or Nordstrom. I received three different error codes & ultimately I was not able to make my payment until in the US again. I love that you still have a physical store in Cedar Falls. I love how easy it is to shop online. Never had a problem with this app until this version was released. Deleting the app permanently. ### 1/5 — Processing Fees *2022-11-20* Am disappointed to see many $3.00 “processing fees” being added onto sale merchandise. Originally these were for items discounted over 50% but now are being added even if the discount is less than 50%. I noticed a few items where the sale price plus the processing fee exceeded the original price! I wish Von Maur would waive the processing fees if one were to purchase a certain amount of goods such as $35 or $50. It would be a win-win: Von Maur would sell more and the customer would avoid these irritating add-on fees. **Developer response:** The processing fee is only added to ship deeply discounted items from our website; there are no fees when you select store pickup. We offer thousands of full price and sale items that do not incur any fees. We appreciate your feedback! ### 1/5 — You can’t log in *2022-10-24* For over a year I have tried to log in and continue to receive the message my password is wrong. It’s the same password that works to login on my laptop. I have even gone above and beyond as to change the password several times and try to login in the app afterwards (anywhere between a few minutes to several days later), only to receive the same wrong password prompt. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. We released an update in February that resolved some log in issues. Your credentials should be the same using any device. On mobile, make sure you have tried typing in your password instead of using a saved one.
