Impossible to sign in. Change password is also not working. There is no place to get help with.

This is a real review from a real tenant: The app is glitchy and cannot open content even when connected to a 100Mbps internet on an iPhone 15 Pro. Generally, the Vonder team is helpful only during the contract signing process; afterward, you will never receive any help or support. They ignore emails and do not allow the “emergency maintenance team” to assist.

We have recently relocated to London and we're thrilled with our Vonders rental. The Vonders team has been incredibly helpful, making our transition smooth and comfortable. The amenities are top-notch—modern, stylish, and very well-maintained. 

The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming, adding to the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the property. We highly recommend Vonders to anyone seeking a comfortable and upscale living experience in London.
