If I could give it zero stars, I would. To give more context: -The app is slow. As you move from customer pages to quotes to your schedule, it takes what feels like forever to load. It’s really frustrating when you’re with a client trying to pull up information and they have to wait on you, who is waiting for the app to behave properly and quickly. -Getting stuck and can’t go to the Home Screen: if I go to a client’s account, pull up a quote and convert it to a job, once that’s done, it often brings me back to the estimate, which is fine, but when I push the back button, it takes me to the client page, and when I push back again, it takes me back to the estimate and then you get stuck in the cycle. The work around is to close the app and reload it, or go to work orders, pick a recent one, and then you get the menu that takes you to the Home Screen. PLEASE JUST MAKE THE HOME MENU ACCESSIBLE FROM ALL SCREENS? Why is the app designed this way? It makes no sense. -App crashing: I make a stop on my route, log the info and then go to my next stop. At each stop I usually take photos so I temporarily leave the app, but when I come back to it, I am forced to restart the app. Every single time, so it becomes restarting the entire app every other time I go to use it. It’s so frustrating since I said before the app is SLOW. Overall the app has nice features. I like that my client info is neatly organized and I can easily review quotes, see past notes, etc, but all of the cons outweigh the pro. If I was the person at my company who got to choose who our provider is for client management apps, I’d cancel our Vonigo subscription ASAP. ### 1/5 — Worst excuse as an App *2025-05-06, version 2.7.1* Constantly crashing for past month. Tech Support says ‘log in with desktop browser’ for now. We’ll NOW is 4 weeks later and STILL NOT FIXED. TOTAL JOKE!!! App constantly freezes ### 1/5 — 1% success rate *2023-12-20, version 2.4.0* This app freezes nearly every time I try to use it. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I got a brand new iPhone 15, uninstalled it, reinstalled it. Freeze. It’s absolutely useless. Lucky for me I can use it on my iPad with relative ease. Seems easy but no. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2023-10-02, version 2.4.0* I am forced to use this app for work for my schedule so I know where my next stop is. I have up to 20 stops per day. I am required to take pictures after each job is done at each stop and submit it through Vonigo. When I open my camera it will crash my Vonigo app so I have to completely close out Vonigo and restart it every time. I waste so much time every day doing this. It’s so frustrating. If I wasn’t required to use this by my employer there’s no way I would! Vonigo, why can’t the bugs be fixed for iPhones? App just freezes at the login screen. Worthless. When it DOES work, it’s extremely slow and bulky. Needs a complete streamlining overhaul to be useable. If you’re trying to use this app where cell/WiFi coverage isn’t absolutely perfect, forget about it. Will be moving to a more user friendly interface and better designed product very soon. ### 1/5 — Not fast *2020-09-14, version 1.7.4* I use this program everyday. Was with Rently which has its own issues. Our company is trying this (6 months now). I want Rentlys unreliability back over this programs 1-slow speeds and unnecessary clicks and screens. 2-Forget trying to upload pictures. Not meant for pic use on mobile(pics you take within the program don’t get saved to your phone album BEWARE). 3-Needs coding streamlined. Very slow screens that slide in from various sides of your phone. 4- If you type a wrong page and are not allowed to use it you get kicked all the way out of the program and have to log back in. 5- When you want to edit/add info, you only get to see the field you are editing....so how am I to see other info I have entered in the other fields? Terrible. Edit some, look at other fields return edit some more return for more info, return edit more. Again I HAVE to use this. I find a new thing to hate every month, and they keep finding ways to make it worse with every update. This week, the signature box is EVEN MORE misaligned than it has been the last two years, causing signatures to appear 1cm left of where you’re signing. ### 1/5 — Have to use it for work *2026-05-04, version 2.10.1* It sucks. Always glitching. I have to restart the app almost every time I’m sending an invoice. It will auto correct when I’m typing in an email and screws it up. I’ll be hitting a button like send invoice and it will just not respond. I often have to close the app and reopen it because it’s freezing and getting stuck. ### 1/5 — Deletes whole inventories *2026-02-16, version 2.8.2* We have had so many issues with this that we have a 15 page report on them. But the biggest one is that on several jobs it has deleted entire multi hundred item inventories. On top of that it will take days for the team at Vonigo to fix’s this issue and many others have never been fixed at all. ### 1/5 — Horrible product but I’m stuck *2025-09-27, version 2.8.2* Recently purchased a business and this is the software they use for scheduling payments and pretty much everything else. If it wasn’t for the fact that I’m heavily invested in trying to build this business, I’d be done with it simply because of horrible software and company. The parent company that I bought into has been working to provide a better experience for us franchise owners, but the Vonigo staff have no clue how to actually program intuitively. The app constantly crashes, and I have to uninstall and reinstall it. It randomly moves you to a different page and there’s five different pages and buttons you have to choose from to get anywhere within the software. It decreases battery life significantly! I tried to change this setting on “location services” and for some odd reason it doesn’t even appear on it. It does not refresh, can’t turn the page, hard to work in Apple. I am able to go into one area look up schedules and do exactly what I need. But I go into a different category but same parameters and it crashes every time. I would need to go into a different category first then to the one I actually need for it to work and as of late that’s not working too well either. I tried reporting a issue and it only give me 4-5 categories to choose and it says when you choose something that you Dont have that version to submit. Well how can you send in feed back if you can’t send in basic feed back. ### 2/5 — Still not fixed. *2021-06-01, version 2.1.4* There are still problems with uploading photos. Sometimes they upload twice, other times it says they will upload when previous upload is completed, even though previous upload was already complete.
