But I found the website very difficult to navigate and trying to ask a question (if you can find where to do this) takes minimum of 48 hours for a possible I had difficulty understanding the report representative that finally called me I’d ask a question, she’d answer, but wasn’t really answering what I was asking. This went on about 10 minutes with her just repeating her answer. What would have been the best response for me is just go through the checkout process step by step etc if you have to wait 2 days or more for help from customer service than take the time to help me understand. Been trying to put my prescription in for an hour. It doesn’t explain the different options for lenses very well. I want a bifocal lense for reading and I don’t need a prescription for the upper part of the lense but it won’t let me do that. The back button isn’t working properly so navigating the app is frustrating.
