The app just doesn’t seem to work properly. ### 1/5 — Better upload those miles *2025-12-10* It’s absolutely unacceptable that your single most fundamental feature (upload a pic of your odometer) is nonfunctional. I have called half a dozen times during weekday business hours and they never answer. I think they have internal business process issues—maybe tech issues to boot. And nowhere in my settings does it give me the option to give the app permission to use the camera at all. What gives? Update, app allows me to open camera but doesn’t update the picture so they can see my mileage. And they won’t take photo over email.
