## What is Vormula?

Mit der Vormula App füllen Sie Formulare digital aus und leiten sie per E-Mail oder über Schnittstellen an andere Systeme weiter. 

Die Vormula App funktioniert im Zusammenspiel mit dem Formulardesigner Vormula Editor mit dem Sie individuell Formulare nach Ihren eigenen Bedürfnissen mit einem umfangreichen Baukasten an Bedienelementen zusammenstellen können. Ihre eigenen Formulare können Sie dann in die Vormula App herunterladen und digital befüllen.

Durch die komplett digitale Bearbeitung entfällt jegliches Drucken oder Scannen von Formularen und der Transport zum Empfänger geht reibungslos und schnell vonstatten.
Die Bearbeitung der Formulare können Sie offline durchführen und als Entwurf speichern. Stellen Sie das Formular fertig und unterschreiben es. Die App generiert das Ergebnis als PDF Datei, die direkt per Email versendet werden kann. Eine Anbindung der App an ein führendes Auftragsmanagement System ist möglich.
