this is the worst and buggiest app i've seen

The app is always crashing and giving cryptic errors like saying “no email provided” when I have clearly entered my email. Support is slow to respond to me, which adds up to a really frustrating experience for an app I need to use to get into my office.

Screen completely blank when I login so I cannot access. Really disappointing since no one at the building can fix and you need the App to access other building amenities.

Downloaded this from an ad inside merchandise mart at the hotel lobby as a customer looking for a map of shops. I get what this is, but I don’t like the ad placement coupled with a lack of utility and missed opportunity for synergies with on prem businesses. Do better. :)

Lot of great information about what’s happening in our building, and in the neighborhood. Also easy way to reserve resources (ie parking, conference centers) across portfolio vs just our building. Nice work Vornado!
