I’ve allowed access to view contacts, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, but can’t seem to get past an “unknown error” when I’m trying to sync contacts in my address book.

No idea how good the app is to actually use it because I can’t even get to that point.  Perhaps it’s operator error?
