Camera is constantly disconnecting, will get grass blowing in the wind but miss a car right in front of it, app won’t load. The camera and subscription are way too expensive for all these problems. ### 2/5 — Inconsistent performance *2026-07-06, version 4.2.0* The more I think about it, the more this is a 1.5 star versus 2… the app is mediocre at best, the performance of the camera is so inconsistent it’s frustrating even on a good day! The customer service is 4.5/5 stars via Facebook messenger - they are quick to respond and helpful, but the product overall is just bad. Video and picture requests often fail, the app is slow and clunky. We have a lot of meth heads/thieves around so it’s very important that it works. It doesn’t notify us when we are off line and seems to come on whenever it wants. It’s not been moved and it should pick up even better now that the leaves are almost gone. Also if you ask for a video it will often says it wasn’t available but still takes from the 40 I can get in a month. Not impressed! The camera itself seems robust, different mounting options. The app, however, is not good. Navigating is difficult, terms and language isn’t intuitive. I’ve had issues from the start. Customer service has been no help. Paid $200+ for camera and year service and its use left. It takes hours to receive any notifications. Can’t take any on demand pictures or videos. CS does not know how to help at all. Would not recommend Vosker products at all. ### 3/5 — One + Year Review *2025-10-18, version 3.10.0* We have had this camera on a job site providing general site coverage and have now moved it to a 2nd site. Total use/experience has been about 14 months I believe. The camera works 85% of the time. Sometimes it misses entire events. Sometimes it won’t activate for live coverage. The microphone doesn’t pick up much. When live coverage does not work it tells you to check the signal and the battery. Always shows a full signal and the battery shows fully charged. Sometimes (unfortunately those time when you really need it to work) it misses entire events. Otherwise when it works it does pretty well. It needs to work more reliably to get an excellent review. I give it 3.5 Stars. We just purchased a Starlink Mini and Ring cameras with solar panels to monitor a new site. From experience this system will do what we hoped the Vosker to do. Missing obvious events is not good. The live feature not turning on reliably is a problem. We will keep the Vosker 330V for a cheap alternative. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Garbage *2026-07-27, version 4.2.0* The cameras connection is complete garbage and customer service is non existent. Several years of trying to keep them going with loosing connection every other week and zero help with connection issues. Several cameras in the center of large city with zero connection issues with anything other than these POS cameras. Look elsewhere and cancel your monthly subscriptions! ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-07-16, version 4.2.0* On a call twice with support. Support is bad. It worked perfectly at first then one app started showing no camera is attached but still sends notifications the chat line employees are asking repetitive questions that have been answered rather than addressing the problem. The camera can’t even detect from 35 ft but it will detect everything within 35 ft even if I have only human detected . Now I adjusted the settings a lot but it stopped notifying me but will show the snap shot on the app. If I need to a snap shot right away it will take over minute to generate. It’s not reliable for deter of criminal . More like oh let me see if something happened yesterday. I have a reolink . Then came the weird billing the cameras not working and still being billed and the plans all showing as expired when I tried to cancel but those charges still hitting my accounts. They save me so much time by allowing me to know job site conditions and activity without having to drive across town to physically check on a job. I can see if my subs have reported to the job and track progress remotely. This has allowed me to scale my company without having to hire another employee. Worth every penny. The battery lasts like they say and the HD feature is really nice to capture more clarity when needed. I had to buy an antenna to boost signal at a couple sites but that’s to be expected.
