It's 2015, this should be updated to support iOS 9, it crashes every time I try to even put in the state. No help whatsoever.

You could only vote once, even of you didn't write in a vote for one of the categories. Also, once you put I. Your vote, you can never look at it again. 

The process was fairly easy but when it got to these thing...it was kind of annoying.
