## What is Vovlekay?

Vovlekay (ex. BoxBattle) is a platform where you can learn, test your knowledge, compete with other players, and monitor your progress.
— We keep learning process in the focus of your attention: we highlight the significant parts, keep track of deadlines, and simplify the search for useful content.

What's inside?
— «Quests» which are learning tracks with elements of gamification: thematic sets of tasks of different types.
— «Intellectual duels» which are quizzes in which players compete with bots or with other players.
— «Siege of the towers» which are tests that allow to check knowledge. It is also possible to build a player rating based on the results.
— «Events» which allow to track learning activities right inside the Vovlekay application.
— «Tournaments» which are competitions between teams: who will earn the more points by answering quiz questions.

Постоянно вылетает, виснет, не дает спокойно проходить курсы своими лагающими приколами! как же это достало, иногда курс проходишь по 4-5 раз! потому что может не засчитаться прохождение, сколько же отнимается времени и только вызывает раздражающее прохождение

Как можно найти мой сертификат за пройденный курс?
И как посмотреть, за что у меня сняли баллы?

Спасибо за обратную связь. 
После того, как вы завершили активность (курс, квест или мероприятие), за которую должен назначаться сертификат, скачать полученный сертификат можно так:
1. На странице "Моё обучение" нажмите на картинку-аватарку пользователя вверху страницы.
2. На открывшейся странице нажмите кнопку "Сертификаты".
3. На странице "Сертификаты" при необходимости настройте фильтры "Получен за" (Всё, Курс, Квест, Мероприятие) и/или "с___ по____", нажмите "Применить фильтры".
4. Выберите плашку с нужным видом и названием активности. Например, Курс "Тайм-менеджмент". На плашке нажмите "Скачать".
Посмотреть, сколько баллов начислено/списано за разные активности, можно так: Игры и награды → Рейтинг → Кнопка с часами и звёздочкой вверху страницы.

Приложение постоянно зависает. Лекции я прослушала по два раза полностью, но они все время висят как непройденные, в статусе «в процессе». Попыталась отправить письмо с проблемой в поддержку, письмо вообще не отправляется. То есть обратной связи тоже никакой. Просьба доработать приложение, чтобы им можно было пользоваться.

Приложение отличное, идея супер! 
Но, у меня сегодня , после обновления на последнюю версию приложение перестала запускаться …(

Стоит актуальная версия приложения. Вышибает из приложения, при входе в игру может не реагировать на нажатие вообще. Так же бывает не прогружает вопросы

Добрый день!
Прошу исправить или добавить какую-то кнопку по которой будет засчитываться прохождение квеста. Приходится по несколько раз проделывать одно и то же, открывать в браузере или просто колдовать пока квест засчитается. Некоторые так и висят «в процессе» это дико раздражает, потому что, приходится в пустую тратить своё время.
