First time it seemed to work well, but we gave up as the guide hadn’t thought to bring a head set (essential at both ends). Second time it was working fine until I got a phone call - Vox Connect (correctly) cut out and it took several attempts to reconnect. Shortly after we were all dropped, and most people could reconnect but I couldn’t, I tried rebooting, nothing though the guide could see me in her list.
