At least not on GiffGaff. I’ve wasted hours pissing about with short codes, settings, reboots, and tried a million different ways to get the bloody thing working. Giffgaff were great, but unfortunately Voxist customer support is non-existent, and is therefore as useful as a chocolate teapot.
