## What is VoxWhisper?

Catch a thought on your Apple Watch. Find it when you need it.

VoxWhisper is a quiet place for the idea on a walk, a shopping list, or the next thing you want to remember. Dictate a text note, search your saved notes, or record a voice memo with Pro.

CAPTURE FROM YOUR WRIST
• Open dictation from the Capture complication.
• Save a note with Siri or a Shortcut. On Apple Watch Ultra, assign a compatible Shortcut to the Action button.
• Get a haptic confirmation after a note is saved.
• Use watchOS text input and the dictation languages supported by your watch.

FIND AND USE YOUR NOTES
• Search the notes available in your history by a word or phrase.
• Read notes in order, with your newest thoughts first.
• Share a text note through the watch's available sharing options.
• Use the “Get latest note” Shortcuts action in your own workflows.
• Confirm before deleting a note.

YOUR NOTES, ON YOUR WATCH
Your full text is saved locally. Reaching an iCloud sync limit does not trim your local archive. Text notes can sync through your own iCloud account; the app explains when some notes cannot sync. iCloud sync is limited and is not a complete archive backup. Audio memos stay on the watch.

FREE AND PRO
Dictation, Siri and Shortcuts, complications, text sharing, iCloud sync and access to your 25 most recent notes are free. Search covers the notes available in your plan. Older notes remain stored locally.

VoxWhisper Pro unlocks your full note history and recording and playback of voice memos. When you reach 50 recordings or 100 MB, choose which recordings to delete before starting another. Recording also requires available device storage. The app does not automatically remove older recordings.

Pro is an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription. Price and billing period are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Eligible customers who originally purchased the paid app retain Pro at no extra charge.

Made for Apple Watch running watchOS 10 or later. No separate account with us, ads, analytics SDKs or developer-operated transcription service. Dictation is provided by watchOS.

### 1.6 — 2026-09-21

Now available in Arabic.

• The whole app and its watch-face complications are in Arabic, laid out right to left.
• Arabic's six plural forms are written out one by one, so counts between three and ten read correctly rather than borrowing English's two forms.

Nothing changed in how your notes are kept: the full text stays on your watch, and voice memos never leave it.

### 1.5 — 2026-09-08

Find the thought you saved.
• Search your available note history by a word or phrase.
• Full note text and older notes are preserved locally when iCloud reaches its sync limits.
• Saving now commits to the local archive before confirming success. Storage errors show a clear message and a retry option for a pending capture.
• Deleting a note now asks for confirmation.
• Voice memos are no longer automatically removed to make room. A capacity message helps you decide what to keep.
• Updated English, Turkish, German and Japanese interface messages.
• Open your latest note directly from Capture to read or send it.
• Swipe sideways between pages; scroll within each page.
• Share the VoxWhisper App Store link from About.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-03

Three shorter paths to a saved note.

• The Capture complication now opens dictation immediately — one tap from the watch face to a listening watch.
• Say “Note in VoxWhisper” to Siri and the note is saved without opening the app. Works with the Action button and Shortcuts.
• Any note can now be sent off the watch with the share sheet, and pulled into Notes, Reminders or Mail through the “Get latest note” Shortcuts action.

Also: a haptic confirms every save; a note's own page has Send and Delete; notes that belong to a different Apple Account are listed instead of silently left unsynced; and the Pro page no longer lists complications as a Pro feature — they were always free.

### 1.3 — 2026-08-31

Deletions now stay deleted on every device even after long offline gaps, notes are pinned to the iCloud account they were born under, and search-facing store text was rewritten. No changes to how you capture.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-27

Upgrading to Pro now happens on Apple's own purchase sheet instead of a screen VoxWhisper drew itself. Fewer places for the price and the terms to disagree.

On a watch that had just been set up, the Pro options sometimes came back empty — the App Store now gets up to 15 seconds to answer instead of 1.6.

"1 older notes are saved" said the wrong thing in every language that counts singulars. It says "1 older note is saved" now.

The app icon sits where it should: it was drawn slightly high, so it looked off-centre next to other apps on the watch face.
