I am glad that it works pretty fast and allows for me to pay my child care providers quickly. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App not recognizing my info *2023-01-18, version 14.0.0* I’ve been able to sign in to my account on the computer but the app tells me the username or password is incorrect. When I go to the “find my account” option, it says the information I entered is not recognized. I called Voya customer service and the information I put in is definitely correct but they were unable to tell me why the app isn’t recognizing it. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2022-03-27, version 10.1.0* Had to pay back some disallowed items which I tried to pay by my linked bank account, it showed I payed? But didn't take away the balance I have been submitting receipts to pay the balance, my card is locked for items for under 90 dollars? It's now met. My card is still locked????? Have spent way too much time attempting to complete a simple task - filing a claim - and I think the old paper filing method would have been faster. When I called customer service, they even advised me not to use the app because it was too confusing and to only use the website. I’m sure it doesn’t matter what I say since people don’t have much of a choice if their employer selects to use Voya.
