Download the Voya Protect app to get the most out of your coverage. You can file claims, manage your payment preferences, and set smart reminders so you never forget to claim your benefits.
 
Once you’re enrolled in Voya Protect and your coverage is effective, you will be able to use the Voya Protect app to:
- File a claim and upload photos from your phone
- Elect a payment method
- Check your benefit amounts
- Look up a condition
- Access your coverage documents
- Set smart reminders for when you’re at nearby emergency rooms, hospitals, or doctors’ offices
- Get help from a Voya Protect Member Care Representative
