I had to call as the process ended in me becoming locked out. The woman who helped me was very kind and patient! However, in the last few months it has totally not been working. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it multiple times, and it doesn’t work. I even got a new phone and tried downloading the app multiple times and it still does not work. It always displays an error message that states there is an “intermittent connection issue” and to check my connection.
