The flights less so especially from Manchester which can often mean a day less on holiday than anticipated. Great customer service. Les offres proposées sont claires, bien détaillées et correspondent tout à fait à la réalité une fois sur place. L’organisation est fluide, de la réservation à l’arrivée à destination. Les documents de voyage sont disponibles en temps voulu, les transferts quand ils sont inclus sont bien coordonnés, la location de voiture s’est aussi parfaitement déroulée et les établissements sélectionnés ont toujours été conformes aux descriptions. Je recommande vivement cette plateforme pour ceux qui cherchent à partir l’esprit tranquille. Nous avons un 3eme séjour de prévu et sans hésitation nous repasserons via Voyage Privé pour nos prochaines évasions. ### 5/5 — Super agence de voyage!!! *2025-02-20* Mon ami et moi sommes des adeptes de Voyage Privé. Nous n’avons jamais été déçu. Ils savent vraiment trouver des lieux incroyables et qualitatifs et il y a toujours une petite attention en plus (cocktail, surclassement, massage ou activité quelconque offerte) La seule petite déception, c’est l’absence de reconnaissance de fidélité. En d’autres termes, que vous soyez nouveau client ou client fidèle, vous êtes traités de la même manière: alors, certains diront que c’est sûrement une bonne chose mais en général, il est vrai que dans tous les domaines, la fidélité est souvent récompensée… à travailler? ### 5/5 — Voyage Privé *2025-02-18, version 10.0* First time we’ve used Voyage Prive and it certainly won’t be the last. We’ve always got lovely accommodation, as per the photographs, lovely locations and often we’ve stayed places that have since become more popular, but by now are twice the price. Often there are extra benefits such as free room upgrade or free bottle of sparkling wine. Highly recommend. Some of the forms won’t save information. It’s unclear which items still need attention and which don’t. Due to this they gave us 5 other options of hotels to choose from which was covered with the booking we made originally. We chose an option and tried to get in contact with voyage via email and phone but had no response when arriving in Spain which made me and my friend highly anxious and stressed as we were now left with no accommodation!! We decided the only option we had and thought best was to go to the hotel that we chose from the options list 'Dreams hotel resort and Spa' we were then trying to sort out the situation for over an hour, and resulted in the hotel reception giving us a room and the price for the one night and we accepted as we felt that we had no choice as we would have been left stranded! The hotel agreed with us that they will sort it with voyage and we would get a full refund for the nights stay. There was no follow up on our welfare or any concern from the company! considering they had sent us this information of hotel cancellation on the day of our holiday and time of arrival, it is highly concerning as they didn't receive an option from us and didn't follow through with the completion of the booking which is completely unprofessional on their behalf. The next morning I was ringing and emailing voyage to try and sort out the accommodation as we were still left stranded due to booking for just the one night, they made it very difficult for us to sort out the situation and didn't get back to us in a timely manner, the hotel gave us until 12pm for voyage to get in contact with them, if not then we would have had to leave the hotel and be stranded again. Voyage finally got in contact and sorted the rest of our stay but stated that they were not willing to pay the refund for the one night we had to pay for. We showed the hotel the option and room which was included with our booking and they gave us a room for £440.00 for the night, we accepted as we didn't have any other option but to pay, we didn't know the prices of the hotel and were took advantage of by both parties - voyage and dreams hotel. This is very unprofessional and inappropriate considering we booked a last minute holiday package at a cheaper price, we would not be expecting to pay this amount. I travel abroad often and have never experienced such a service. So taking that into consideration what was even the point of using there service, what did they actually do? I book through package holiday providers so i dont have to look at these things and just assume that’s what im paying for.
