When it worked it was great…
… But it rarely ever worked! I used it for a cruise. I was told via email that it would work as soon as we were on the boat. That's a lie. We had to be way out at sea before we actually had stable Internet. As we got closer to the shore, neither my regular Sim nor the Voye worked. The same held true for staying on the boat when docked. It did not work "as soon as you get on the boat".
It's almost impossible to talk to tech-support. They'll send you emails and ask for screenshots but to actually speak to someone? Nada! In the emails (8 total over three days), they were asking me to do something that was not available on my phone. I burned more than 100 minutes of free onboard internet from Norwegian trying to make VOYE work. That's more than I actually used on VOYE.
Maybe it works on land, but for a cruise, find something else!

Log in/Create Account not possible
This app refuses to allow me to create an account using my existing Google Account. It just sits there. Tried on my iPhone and iPad. Nothing works. Deleted.
