I can make changes to that but that I can do to a basic Word document. I never was able to import a YouTube video. Not worth the money. **Developer response:** There was a temporary issue that prevented YT video transcription (we have to work around YT restrictions to provide this function for you), but it lasted only a few hours and was resolved as soon as possible in the most recent app version.
