Nakon toga nekoliko poziva ka call centru, da napomenem da je guma bila u pitanju zaposleni su me ubeðivali ako imam set za krpljenje da to sam odradim. Skoro 2 sata od poziva nekoga su uspeli da pošalju. Ali sam to već sam rešio odlaskom kod vulkanizera. Desio se kvar tokom odmora na moru i ekipa Vozzi i njihovi partneri su reagovali najbrze moguce i dosli su majstor i sleper na teren. Preuzeo sam auto u roku od 24h i prvobitni putni planovi se nisu promenili zbog toga. Stvarno sam imao osecaj sigurnosti jer smo redovno bili u kontaktu i uvek smo imali alternativno resenje u slucaju da popravka ne moze da bude brzo gotova. Posle sam imao drugi kvar koji nije bio povezan sa prvim i opet su mi izasli u susret i stvarno hvala celoj ekipi!!
