Always having network problem and it keeps reversing money. To transfer money problem and airtime recharge also a problem.

I’ve been unable to withdraw my money due to limit on transfer… I was asked to update it which I did… now the updated app doesn’t load, I need my money badly, there’s hardly anyone that replies you
