The app protection is good, VPN is fast enough compared to with other. The main problem when update or remove the. You want to install back all item will be block and can’t do anything unless you pay more to buy Kaspersky expert installation and set up. Too bad for this business, I don’t recommend to any body!

An sich eine sehr gute App, wenn da nicht der extrem hohe Akkuverbrauch wäre. Ich nutze ein iPhone 15, bei dem der Akku normalerweise knapp zwei Tage hält. Mein Akku hat noch eine Leistung von 93% . Seit der Installation von Kaspersky Plus ist der Akku nach nicht einmal einem Dreiviertel-Tag leer. Das ist für eine mobile Sicherheitslösung leider nicht tragbar.

I have been using kaspersky for laat 22 years and can say withour a doubt that its the best and the most reliable anti virus/security software.

I purchased the Kaspersky Premium plan expecting all the advertised features, including VPN. However, the VPN has been removed for users in India, even though I’m paying for the Premium subscription. This is very disappointing.

If a major feature is no longer available in my region, customers should either receive a partial refund or a reduced subscription price. Paying the full Premium price without access to all Premium features feels unfair.

I hope Kaspersky addresses this issue and provides a fair solution for its Indian customers.

**Developer response:** Kaspersky has now suspended sales of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection in India: it will no longer be available as a standalone product, or as a component inside Kaspersky Plus, Kaspersky Premium or Kaspersky Small Office Security.

Je ne suis pas capable de supprimer l’application sur mon iMac  🖥️.
C’est iMac et je n’ai pas besoin de protection de Kaspersky. Et Kaspersky est bloqué et JE DOIS LE SUPPRIMER parce que Kaspersky m’empêche de me connecter sur INTERNET.

App crashes and when contacted customer support, no help. I cancelled my subscription and I still receive emails from them despite telling them I no longer use the app they keep sending emails.. STOP!!

iPhoneだからなのか、それとも関係ないのか？携帯での通常のネット利用時に、異常に繋がるのが遅くなる。っていうか、繋がらない！
また、Wii-fi環境時以外にVPNもONにならないので、スマホの屋外使用時には使えないも同然。如何にウィルスや他の異常検知を行うと言っても、サイト自体に繋がらない様では話にならない。最近ネットの安全性が不安になり、それ相応に課金して導入したが、これでは金をドブに捨てたも同然。

I’m seriously disappointed with Kaspersky. They charged me a full month before my subscription was even finished, without asking and without warning. When I contacted them for a refund, all they could say was that it would take 2–8 business days because that’s their “standard process.”

So they can take my money early, but I have to wait over a week to get it back? Who gives them the right to operate like that? It’s unfair, unprofessional, and honestly awful customer service. I expected better from a company this size. I will not be renewing with them again

私は、ひどい電磁波過敏症で、特に雨の日は動けなくなることが多いので、なんとかiPhoneの電磁波を緩和してくれるセキュリティアプリがないかとずっと探していました。他社のアプリも使いましたが、どれもダメなものが多く、最後にたどり着いたのがこのアプリでした。このアプリは本当に良いです！アップデートも頻繁にしてくれますし、雨の日でも動けるようになってきました。値段が高いですが、自らの健康と最近、不正利用が多い自分のiPhoneを守るためと思い、払っています。
電磁波過敏症の人は、使ってみてください。
