Xfinity doesn’t provide any vpn which is why I often I have to find the secure vpn that’s worth trying out before paying. This failed on one level when it crashed upon trying to open the app after the configuration of the vpn provided me caused the connection to be lost . I ended up deleting that defective vpn configuration and removed the app only to reinstall it to try it out again to see if this problem persists .
