Why does the New York 1 not connecting

**Developer response:** Hello, sometimes we have a lot of connections on our servers, and no server accepts an infinite number of connections. Additionally, we do not allow excessive connections to maintain the connection quality of the servers. However, you can try different protocols between TCP and UDP as each protocol has independent limits. Moreover, we believe it is not fair for you to give our App one-star rating just because you couldn't connect to one server while all the other servers were active. We hope you reconsider your decision.
