So far so good. I was a prior member in regular full scale VPN but trying to setup current membership is too complicated for me . Second, even though I paid (twice) for premium membership, it only works on one device. It won’t even let me log into my membership on my phone. Customer service has done crap all to assist. Third, every single app I use to stream video recognizes ALL of the servers and tells you to shut this program off.
