I paid the $9.99 subscription but never received the promised reward. When I contacted True Finance, they told me the issue was on VPN Lumos’s end. I then tried to contact VPN Lumos directly, but the support email address appears to be invalid (“address not found”) and they have not responded to messages sent through the app. Right now I’ve paid for a subscription tied to a promotion that was never honored, and there seems to be no working way to contact the company for support or a refund. This experience feels very misleading and frustrating.
