However, due to an app malfunction, I was unable to complete the cancellation. I attempted to cancel multiple times, but the system still did not allow me to do so. As a result, on November 8th, I was wrongly charged 349,000 VND to my credit card. This is unacceptable. I am requesting that your team cancel my subscription immediately and issue a full refund of 349,000 VND without delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will leave a 1-star review on the Apple Store and report this case directly to Apple.
