The last time I bought a 1 year subscription but the app didn’t work. App support contacted me, activated my account and told me not to subscribe thru the App Store again, but go thru their web site !!! Time to renew, visited their web site, but their web site doesn’t support ApplePay. So back to the App Store. I was cautious and subscribed for1 month only. Sure enough, same problem. I just reported the issue to the App support and requested a refund. Previous evaluation a year ago.: I signed thru Apple Store for 1 year. But the subscription didn’t extend to my other iOS devices. And now I am logged off my subscription all together and downgraded to the free service. Restoring purchase did nothing and customer support is dead and not responding … SO STUPID I contacted customer support via the app, it was of no help at all. They kept asking for my email. All I can only give them is my iCloud email but they say they have no record of it. I keep telling I subscribed via the App Store, which doesn’t require an email, and restore purchase doesn’t do anything. Frustration continues and now I have no choice but to contact Apple customer service and request a refund. Uik Aug 2026: I added 2 stars. Their customer support is great.
