初期のライセンス購入時に、アプリから申し込んだがライセンス情報がメールで送られて来なかった。サポートに確認すると、支払いが完了していないから、支払いのURLを送ってきたので、そのURLから支払いを行いメールでライセンス情報を取得した。ここまでは数分という早い対応だった。それから数日してカード請求明細を見ると、最初の申し込みも課金されており、2重徴収されていた。費用返金を申し出たらApple Pay支払いは対応出来無いので、Appleサポートに連絡するように言って来た。2重支払いの一個はスイカへの直のカード支払いだったので、そちら側を返信するようメール返信したが、全く無視されている。チャットでの問い合わせもしたが、返信なし。都合が悪くなるととんずら。これ本当に日本企業？廃業すべき！

アンドロイド、iOS(iPadOS))両方使っていてます。
アンドロイドはアプリを使って接続すると自分で切断するまで維持されているのが、iOSでは設定でVPN接続するのでしばらく通信が途絶えると勝手に切断されるので少し不便でしたがこれで解消されました。
