The first boss you get to is ridiculous, just an annoying fight with a boss that has way too much health and too many insta-kill hazards everywhere. Just seems padded for a badly designed sudden difficulty curve. So basically you have to level grind and get every single mission perfect and as fast as possible. False advertising ### 1/5 — Blatant ripoff, bad dialogue, just a bad game in general. *2015-12-30, version 1.4* So, the pictures of the game you see in the App Store make every level seem unique, makes it seem like there's something around every corner, but no. It's just badly written dialogue and a clear Metal Gear ripoff. For god's sake, they used raiden for the cover of the app, named the main character "viper" as an alternative to "snake". The developers could have at least thought of something original, from their own head, not someone else's! The dialogue has tons of errors in it. When I was asked to review the game for the third time in 5 minutes, I noticed the "Yes" option was spelled "Yse". There is unnecessary capitalization in most dialogue, and errors other times. Feels like the script was typed by a five year old but thought of by someone actually kind of educated, who had to cheat off of Hideo Kojima to make a story. In terms of gameplay, the game had me switch over to another character. I used my gun as that character, lost several bullets. When it switched me back to the other character, I saw that the bullets I used were gone even for him. Garbage! Sphinx Entertainment need to get better script writers, and for gods sake, make something original. This is so blatantly copied that I'm sure it would make Hideo Kojima cringe in not only disappointment, but also in embarrassment that someone would make Metal Gear look this bad, and still try to make money off of it. This game just adds onto the reasons that the App Store is a place for garbage games made by garbage developers who can't think to make an original game to make money. ### 1/5 — I *2013-07-02, version 1.3* H ### 1/5 — Horrendous *2013-04-01* I was really excited to play this game, don't get me wrong. And I really tried hard to like it. But I couldn't. The controls were iffy, I noticed, but whatever, I'm just starting, I thought. Then the characters started talking. Wow, this was really awfully translated. But hey, I won't hate it for this, I thought. It all went downhill from there. Arbitrary physics puzzles, sprites that cut into each other, noisy floors that can't be avoided in any way, ridiculously simple stealth elements combined with death traps, and guards that become three times stronger after they see you all came into play. Then, I stopped. The next metal gear? Hah. I laugh to keep from crying. ### 1/5 — It's just like Metal Gear Solid *2013-02-28, version 1.1* minus the originality, complex and deep story, interesting characters, difficulty, serious tone, and overall fun gameplay that makes the Metal Gear series as awesome as it is. Literally every character is a blatant rip-off of a Metal Gear character. Viper? Who do you think you are fooling? This game is a waste of storage space, do not download it. As a huge Metal Gear fan, this game makes me sick. Go download MGS Touch instead. It is officially liscensed, and is overall 100 times better than this trash. ### 2/5 — Slow pace.
