### 2/5 — SBS video clip not working.

*2020-12-31*

The description says it must have SBS in the name and suggests 720p. Both of these conditions are met, but it still doesn’t appear in 3D. I would be grateful for more info.

### 3/5 — It would be 5 stars but...

*2020-06-14, version 2.0.2*

For me I cannot even view movies it is just always a black movie screen.I if this is fixed then you get 5 stars from me. But I know I am not the only one
who went through this. So like I said if this is fixed you get 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.

### 3/5 — Not enough space

*2020-04-29*

I downloaded this app cus the last one like it was too confusing but this one won’t work cus it won’t let me drop the movie in cus it doesn’t have enough space so I either have to cut it or buy something smaller and hope it works

I really like the idea but there’s just not enough space for a freaking 140 minute long movie

### 2/5 — Either doesn’t work or I am not doing it correctly.

*2019-11-18*

With the latest version of Mac OS.. Catalina you no longer have iTunes and merely file share from Finder. I have got my MP4 File and dragged it to the VR One Cinema drop down. Originally this drop down displays a file called Unity. The MP4 file drags and drops just above that file within the VR One Cinema drop down list. I sync then open up the app. When looking over in app at the movie section it then displays the movie tile. I look at the tile to select it and then nothing happens. The app works as it correctly accesses my camera roll no problem... not sure why it won’t display movies....? Any help from the developer?

### 4/5 — Were are the movies I

*2019-01-18, version 2.0.2*

Like I don’t want to get on a stupid computer to watch a movie

### 4/5 — Almost perfect, just need one more button

*2018-06-11, version 2.0.2*

I can’t for the life of me turn my reticle off when trying to watch a movie. If you are tech savvy(and patient) then you can get this to work every time. The movies have to be mp4 files, use a app like VLC to convert you movies to mp4. Then follow instructions. There needs to be a way to turn off reticle, not sure if it’s a bug. Re-installed 2 times and still didn’t fix it. If that addition comes out to be able to turn the reticle off, I will change this review to 5 stars! Please make it happen!

### 3/5 — Finally its working! | minor improvement needed

*2018-01-31*

Finally this app actually works, from many others out there this one actually functions.

It unfortunately doesn't play purchased movies from the itunes store, however if you have the physical file it does work.

Tip: if the file contains any spaces, it will not load the file, spaces are replaced with %20 so simply change the spaces to an underscore instead and it does play.

Improvement needed:
The large dot in the middle of the screen, is well... Too big! Its largely distracting and puts you off while watching the video.

Suggestion:
A). Make the dot smaller (2.5px would be ok)
A.1). Make the dot vanish while looking at the screen, then make it reappear when you look at the exit door to bring the options menu up.

For now though i will archive the app because that dot is far too big.

### 4/5 — Almost great

*2018-01-17, version 2.0.2*

Hello, this VR player is convenient and works, but no matter what, I can’t get rid of the white dot used to select things while watching a file.

### 4/5 — Almost perfect, one suggestion

*2017-08-25, version 1.3*

If this app had another way to get videos, such as Dropbox or google drive, it would be an easy 5 stars from me. Until then, you can have 4.

### 4/5 — Great App However

*2017-07-21*

Basically great app but if you could improve the quality of the surrounding

### 2/5 — VR ONE Cienma

*2017-03-21, version 1.3*

Wish this app have better movie theater😭the graphics are a little Buffy and buggy

### 4/5 — It's pretty good

*2017-01-03*

I couldn't get it to work u too I read the instructions. Now I can watch my MP4's.
I wish you can watch iTunes purchased films too.

### 4/5 — Best I've found...

*2016-12-28, version 1.3*

While this VR player is not perfect, I have yet to find one better. You need to connect your phone to iTunes and drag movies from Finder to iTunes to add them... minor issue when considering the slick user interface. Other VR players have no interface.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2016-11-18*

Doesn't work so why get it

### 3/5 — It's ok, not bad

*2016-11-16, version 1.3*

It's okay, needs some more features, both technical and aesthetic. Would be cool if the cinema lights were dimmer but light up softly as shined on from the screen. I also felt like I had to adjust my lenses from their usual spots just for this app. Could be alignment?

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2023-08-29*

Very unstable screen keeps moving around in a super fast motion

### 1/5 — Fix this

*2023-04-18*

The screen is too fast! Fix now!

iOS 16

### 1/5 — IDK WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS NOW

*2021-01-26*

This app used to be great but now idk why the screen is super fast spinning everytime I open it. I’m very much disappointed.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with other vrs

*2021-01-14*

I opened the app and everything was shaking violently, I tried to switch viewers but my headset didn’t have a QR code on it, I tried the other way to change viewer but it wouldn’t let me click it

### 1/5 — I don’t have a vr headset for my phone but this is my opinion on the app

*2020-06-21*

So I couldn’t watch any movies and I couldn’t watch any of the videos on my phone gallery. The only thing that actually worked was the ai in the background so my opinion on this app it’s that it’s terrible and that if you want to watch any movies or videos then use a different app then this

### 1/5 — Floating white dot

*2019-05-22, version 2.0.2*

Unless you want to watch videos with a floating white selector dot in the middle of the screen that doesn’t go away, don’t use this app. It renders the whole experience unwatchable. An utterly useless app. Instant delete.

### 1/5 — Nothing on screen

*2018-07-17, version 2.0.2*

Seems like a very cool idea and I would probably rate 5 stars if it worked but nothing appears on screen... it’s just black.

### 1/5 — Can’t find movies

*2018-01-02, version 2.0.2*

Works in the fact that I can control with moving the vr googles and the cursor, but Completely useless to me, otherwise. It doesn’t see any movie I load. Mp4, m4v.

### 1/5 — Screen goes black

*2017-08-24, version 1.3*

After 5-10 minutes watching the screen goes black, sound keeps playing. No option but to relaunch the program and skip forward 5 minutes at a time to near the scene.

### 1/5 — Does not work

*2016-12-31, version 1.3*

My movies don't import from iTunes not to mention you have to watch in the cinema setting. Waste of a hundred dollars if you ask me. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — 😢

*2017-10-08, version 1.3*

I really liked this app, please update it to iOS 11!

### 5/5 — iOS 11

*2017-09-23, version 1.3*

Please update to iOS 11

### 5/5 — Yo!!

*2017-01-11, version 1.3*

Writing this review so it will let me start watching videos. Amazing stuff right there!

### 5/5 — Best VR cinema app on App Store

*2016-07-07*

I spent ages looking for a VR cinema app and this is the most simplistic app on the App Store and is also really compatible with iTunes for adding the movies onto your phone.

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2015-12-29, version 1.3*

So meta that I can sit in a theater and watch all my videos. Well done on the modeling and menu. Loved seeing my own body.

### 5/5 — Really good

*2015-12-27*

Really good for viewing your videos on the cinema screen

### 5/5 — Brilliant concept

*2015-02-25*

I love this app! Really good demonstrator of the VR technology (and compatible with "other" glasses too). I can see this being useful while traveling on a plane for example to make you forget you're crammed in cattle class!

Only niggle I have is that you need to add your movies into the app via iTunes and a PC. Would be far better if it could access your films stored on the phone that you've bought in iTunes, like you can with videos you've recorded with the camera.

Further enhancements that would be good:
* more variation in how far you can f.fwd a film - 5 minutes is only option
* options to fill the cinema with more or fewer people
* alter the volume via the virtual menu (buttons are out of reach when the phone is in the headset)

### 5/5 — Not compatible with iphone 4

*2015-01-03*

Please make it compatible with iphone 4 iOS 7.1.2 please thanks
